Gluten Free Pantry French Bread and Pizza Dough, and Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix

Today I would like to discuss two mixes that I made in my Bread Machine:

French Bread and Pizza Dough Mix



and Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix



I prepared both recipes according to the instructions using light crust and the quick cycle for French Bread(first time using that feature) and Basic cycle for Favorite Sandwich Bread.

French Bread had a nice flavor but it was crumbly and dry from the moment it was taken out of the machine. I may give it another try using the full cycle. I did not try using it for pizza dough.

Favorite Sandwich bread came out nice and moist and we enjoyed it the first day. By the second day it was already drying out and crumbling. I would not buy this again unless I was short of time and felt it would be consumed within the first 24 hours.
